Ken has been in the building industry for 37 years in the residential sector holding his Carpentry Journeyman Certificate since 1985. He has designed & built a number of projects from affordable to custom homes and residential apartment blocks, using material from wood to ICF (Insulated Concrete Form). He has designed & built projects using ICF to the roof to withstand Hurricane proof 180mph wind in the Caribbean and has acquired a vast deal of knowledge in this area.
Ken has combined his knowledge with current design techniques to provide a unique approach to modern planning. His specialty is very wide from as-built drawings where original details need to be preserved or restored, to new construction using the latest materials & techniques offered in todays building industry. Ken has a great talent for listening and understanding your needs and wish lists.
Don't let the RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinet make you a believer of not being a great cabinet. The reason I say this is there is no real difference in a shop cabinet from our RTA cabinets as I still glue, screw, nail/staple them. They are a very stable cabinet line, you can not even see the camlocks that are provided, and we are gearing towards this on all our products. The difference from a custom cabinet shop and our RTA cabinet, a custom cabinet shop can customize anything you want, but RTA can’t. I have done some simple modifications to accommodate a customer wish list. We carry pantry's in 84", 90" & 94" high, standard wall cabinets in 30", 36" & 40" and of course optional sizes for above fridges & stoves. For example, a sample kitchen supplied & installed of 8 wall cabinets with the standard wall cabinets being 36" high, 5 base cabinets, 24" x 90" high pantry, toe kick, side panel, fillers (where needed) & 6" stainless handle pulls. This "U" shape kitchen adds up to 28 linear ft. in our Espresso Shaker Style for a total of $7,960. For a free estimate just give me a call.
