Central Interior Catering and Consulting is a remote site full service caterer for resource and construction industries including but not limited to mining, logging, construction and fire fighting. As a full service caterer, CICC is called upon to do more than just supply quality food. CICC's duties often include the supply of first aid attendants, maintenance equipment and service such as first aid supplies, ambulance and repairs to camp equipment such as furnaces, hot water tanks, water systems, generators and incinerators. We can supply these services on request to suit the requirements of particular site locations and clients.
