Cassandra Taylor has moved from the Lower Mainland to start a new practice here in Prince George. She studied at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. In Vancouver, she focused on people recovering from accidents and tracking their progress through massage treatment. The emphasis is on returning to daily activities and normal function. Primarily, the techniques used are Swedish massage, trigger point release, hydro and fascial. Additionally, active stretching or gentle mobilizations is also utilized. Ultimately, she aims to see improvement over time and finds options to help reduce pain and restore function.
